About Us

Leslie Lautzenhiser is the Founder and CEO of HR Design/TheHRDept.net. She has been working in the area of Human Resources for over 18 years. She has had extensive experience working with Silicon Valley California high-tech start-ups. She has worked as an internal HR staff member up to the Vice President level as well as being an owner of an HR consulting company based currently in Fort Collins, Colorado. She holds a BS in Journalism from CSU Chico and a MS in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. She is married and has two children.

 

We have a passion for helping small and mid-size businesses succeed by providing them with the resources and networks generally only found in larger companies.
