Silver:
Hourly Recruiting/Staffing Project Work - 15% off quoted hourly rate
Contingent - 10% of annual salary to $10K max fee
Gold:
Hourly Recruiting/Staffing Project Work - 20% off quoted hourly rate
Contingent - 7% of annual salary to $8K max fee
